Lyman Morse Boatbuilding is looking to add a full-time Project Management Assistant to support the project managers in its Boatbuilding and Service departments. This position will provide administrative support to project managers for new yacht construction and major yacht refit projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient using Microsoft excel to produce estimates, cost-to-complete sheets, billings/change orders and analysis on a variety of projects. He/she should have excellent computer (particularly the Microsoft Office Suite) and communication/collaboration skills along with a high level of organization, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, multi-division work environment.
