The Brunswick School Department requests applications from experienced educators with building and central office experience. Extensive knowledge of federal and state grants; administrative systems; facilitating School Board Committees; teacher/administrator evaluation and certification; bargaining unit contracts; and personnel development and monitoring. Strong leadership qualities are necessary to be successful as well as sound decision-making practices. An ability and comfort for being in charge of the district when the Superintendent is not there is expected and a strong and pervasive sense of humor is critical. Superintendent certification is preferred. Position will start July 1, 2019.
