Responsible for running the day-to-day activities of a shuttle operation including, but not limited to, the supervision of employees, maintaining client relations, and ensuring that company standards are being upheld. Other duties include general accounting, general HR functions (hiring, terminating, and training) and claims review.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualified candidates must have prior supervisory or management experience; Prior supervisory experience in the
transportation industry preferred (this role requires supervision of full-time and part time shuttle drivers and other frontline hourly positions). Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
