Bargaining Unit / Salary Range: Salary and Benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and Summary of Benefits for MSEA Support Services Bargaining Unit.
Monday – Thursday 1:30 pm – 10:00
Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.
Responsibilities include: major responsibility is general custodian and maintenance work to include extensive cleaning of the facilities, dorms and other buildings on campus; other responsibilities minor plumbing issues, carpentry tasks, grounds maintenance; vehicle care and maintenance, and snow plowing and removal as necessary.
• Knowledge, skills and experience associated with all or most of the above
• Continued possession of a valid Maine driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform a variety of manual tasks
• Associate Degree
• Operation of both manual and automatic equipment
