his position provides secretarial and administrative support to the claims unit and claims management. The primary functions include incoming calls to the department, completing reports as directed by management, monitoring the operating condition of all equipment and maintaining claim filing system. The position requires moderate independent decision making and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be highly organized and able to meet project deadlines. Two years of administrative experience desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Associate degree or commensurate job experience. Strong organizational skills and oral/written communication skills.
